What do u think about ice?? Ice-cream?snow?coOl?hOt? haha... i'ts up to u...(^^,) But for me its fun!! Just imagine if u got very delicious+ superb ice-cream....waa~ like dis!=) one thing more is ice skating.. waa~ gain exited! hmm... Let we jump to the high altitude topic. one week before study week, my course group ( athtletic training, Dr. Anuar Suun) had invited one of the everest climbers, Mr. Ahmad Reduan bin Rozali to talk about his experience there. So exited hear about that. Seems like to go there.!Actually high altitude is the one of the topic that we should learn in athletic training course. So, that's why we invited him which wanted to be known as Abang Mat to share his knowledge and experience with us. We learn more about causes, prevention, potential diseases which related to the high altitude which we know that the temperature there is too low and lower the the temperature. Just for intro...hehe

Back to my main topic... Last weekend my classmate and i were going out to Sunway Pyramid. Not to have a movie but ice skating, For me, doing an activities/play give more satisfacfaction rather than seat and only look at the screen in front of... eventhough there is the best movie, i prefer going out and have some activities=) Moreover, movie can be watch at home/room... So lets play!(^^,)/

I think i got carpal tunnel syndrome and ankle sprain is absolutely. First time i can feel when got carpal tunnel syndrome. Like dis!=) Ankle sprain is commonly had it..Carpal tunnel syndrome is the pressure on the median nerve which is the nerve in the wrist that supplies feeling and movement parts of the hand. It can leads to numbness, weakness, or muscle damage in the hand and fingers. I got it because repetitive pressure on the median of my hand when trying to 'tahan' my body when falling down on the ice. Fuhh.. pain but like it!hehe... whatever, should care about your back when falling down. Try to avoid falling from back because it is very dangerous to your spine. Watch out k...

For the conclusion, what ever you go must consider about your safety and health and also yourself... (^^,) Luv pain..
